Q1: What is required to reserve my wedding date?

A1: We require 50% down along with a signed contract to reserve your wedding date. The remainder is due 60 days prior to your wedding date. All payments are final, non-refundable and subject to 6.75% Ohio sales tax. Unfortunately due to a high volume of inquiries we are unable to hold any dates without a deposit.

Q2: Do you travel?

A2: Yes we do! We have traveled all over for weddings! Some of the places we've traveled: Houston, Texas | Malibu, California |  Boston, Massachusetts | Buffalo, New York | Orlando and Sarasota Florida |  Jamaica | Peoria,  Illinois | Indiana | Traverse City, Michigan | Nashville, Tennessee --Please inquire with us about special travel rates!

Q3: Will we receive printing rights to our photos after the wedding?

A3: Printing rights of your images depends on the package purchased. Each collection includes an heirloom album.

Q4: Can I upload my images to social media sites?

A4: Absolutely—each package includes watermarked images specifically sized for sharing on any social media site. We do ask that you always give Jenny Haas Photography credit and that no additional filters or effects are applied to those images.

Q5: Can we give Jenny Haas Photography a list of poses?

A5: We strive for authentic moments, meaningful locations, and details unique to you and your wedding. Many times when a couple presents us with a list of poses, they’re often disingenuous or forced and do not deliver the quality images you’d expect. Therefore we ask that you trust us to pose you in the best posture and locations on your wedding day.

There is one exception to lists, we love lists for family formals. Having an organized plan of which family members belong in the photos at a glance is a tremendous time saver.

Q6: Should we do a first look?

A6: This is an extremely personal decision, one that we cannot make for you. The first look allows you to press “pause” and temporarily suspend the chaos and rush of the day. If you’re undecided about a first look, we’d be more than happy to share with you the pros and cons.

Q7: What payment options do you accept?

A7: We accept cash or check and most major credit cards (through PayPal). Fine art prints and other heirloom orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. As a reminder, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Q8: When should I expect to see my completed photography collection?

A8: Your online gallery will be available 6-8 weeks after your wedding, albums and other heirloom products will arrive in 6-8 months.

Q9: Can friends or family use cameras at our wedding?

A9: We love it when friends and family are so excited to capture their memories of your wedding day. However there are certain times of the day that we ask friends and family to step back and let us do what we do best.

Q10: Will you stay longer than planned if our wedding celebration runs late?

A10: Yes, we love to dance anyway. Additional coverage can be purchased in one-hour increments during the event.

Q11: Do you have insurance?

A11: Yes we do!

Q12: Do you offer video?

Q12: Unfortunately we do not offer video anymore. We do however have some very talented friends in the business! We recommend Dave from Studio 213, or Mike from Happy Kamper Films.
